Bad battery life, wastes tape. Can't save settings. Used to a qwert keyboard so using this takes time.

Batteries will only last 2 or 3 weeks then they are dead whether you use it or not. Contacted company about this problem and they said probably a bad set of batteries and sent me 4 batteries. We have 25 of these machines and they all doing it, it's not the batteries. we have to take the batteries out. Trying a different brand now.

This thing wastes a lot of tape, for every label made has a blank area on either side of printed part. Also mine always, ALWAYS, malfunctions about half way through a tape roll and renders the rest of the cartridge useless. It takes 6 AAA batteries which is a ton. Wouldn't be a problem, but if you leave the printer on it doesn't seem to auto shut down. You end up with all your batteries dead in no time. This product is no good. And I wasn't even going to mention the expensive cost of tape cartridges that you can only buy from the manufacturer.
